About The Role
Join a dynamic team where you’ll make a real impact by helping customers with their questions and concerns. As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing clear answers and exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and occasional follow-up calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Answer questions about prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information.
- Accurately enter and update information across multiple systems.
- Deliver top-notch customer service with attention to detail.
- Manage 50–100 calls per day, depending on complexity.
- Use various programs to track and document customer interactions.
- 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years).
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Solid computer knowledge and comfort navigating multiple systems.
- Consistent work history (no frequent job changes).
- Call center experience
- Data entry accuracy
- Computer proficiency
- Typing Test: Minimum 30 WPM
- Call Center Skills: 75% minimum score
