CRM Specialist

The Customer Relationship Management Specialist supports the organization's digital marketing processes and operations. This role will drive and implement Customer Relationship Management processes, programs and high-impact initiatives across the customer’s lifecycle that drives customer growth & retention, revenue generation, and overall health improvement.

The Specialist will help to manage, implement and deliver triggered-based communications, journeys, automations and ad-hock one-time sends. Responsible for monitoring campaign effectiveness and developing a continuous optimization plan. This position is an exciting role with a blend of execution, technical abilities and strategy. An integral part of this role is to administer the CRM, data and marketing automation platforms as well as working with other departments (data, technology, operations, etc.) and vendors to maintain the quality of the product, data and integrations.

The Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating all campaign deliverables, working adaptively and with internal team and/or agency partners to deliver to plans and budget. This position will be expected to provide consultation with marketing groups to define the best approach to the use of the CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Description

• Contributes to the design, development, and implementation of multi-channel marketing programs, maintains scalable processes, and understands the importance of a healthy marketing database.
• Support and execute a wide range of marketing campaigns ensuring tracking, lead management, and reporting are in place.
• Implement tools and processes to build marketing campaigns and maintain data integrity and quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure marketing data is accurately syncing between systems and tools used in our processes.
• Support improvements to campaign management, data management, and reporting processes, to streamline insight sharing to inform marketing campaign strategies
• Partner with the Salesforce/vendors, and other teams as required for data hygiene, data enrichment, progressive profiling, lead journey development, customized lead flows, data filters and compliance.
• Manage data exchange processes with vendors and ensure full compliance with regulations
• Play a key role in the integration and onboarding of new technologies into the marketing technology stack
• Create and present reports on the progress made toward marketing operations goals
• Campaign management in Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a technical or business focused degree (business, business administration, marketing or engineering preferred).
• 2-4 years’ experience in marketing campaign, strategy, digital marketing delivery or similar experience required.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management and data driven market experience required.
• Experience building and deploying emails, using HTML and CSS to manage templates and components appropriately.
• Proven experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce required.
• Salesforce Marketing and Health Cloud experience required.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of digital marketing
  
  
  

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, New Jersey.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
