Communications Manager IV

Description

Under the direction of Sr. Manager the employee communications manager will collaborate with business partners to design and execute communications plans that support key HR and business objectives including long-term goals and projects that support the employee experience. This individual will be a key contributor in a fast-paced complex environment and will serve on teams or projects leveraging communications expertise to drive key initiatives.

Responsibilities: Create implement and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. Creation and development of print and online advertising email marketing web site management and content development press releases white papers corporate videos and marketing collateral marketing budget development and cost tracking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Build relationships, position us, and globally reaching platforms
• Our team is centrally charged will all internal and external communications for this group
• Day to day - write executive talking points, social media strategy, writing copy for these social media, writing interviews, sometimes doing photoshoots. These two roles are very heavy on the writing side of communication.
• Work closely with corporate communications partners, the government affairs teams
• Positions within the corporate communications org, have a visible line of sight with the executive leaderships
• Looking for folks who are polished, experience in the public world
• This is a past faced, highly dynamic comms team. Support internal and external communications. Ideal candidate should be an excellent writer and communications professional. Need to have worked on content for a range of audiences, print, digital, social media
• Comfortable working in a corporate environment
• Industry experience isn't as important - people who have worked on smaller teams typically have more of a range of work
• Will speak directly with senior leaders

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
