- In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.
- Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment
- Working within an auto-dialer system
- Handling early-stage collections (1–30 days past due)
- Averaging 80–120 calls per day
- Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers
- Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts
Training
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT)
- ✅ First week onsite
- Monday – Saturday (5-day workweek)
- Shifts:
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (MT)
- 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally)
- Hybrid model after training
- Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter
- Majority of work performed remotely from home
- Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching
