This role operates in a fast‑paced call center environment handling both outbound and inbound calls, primarily focused on early‑stage delinquency (1–30 days past due)—which does not impact member credit scores.
The goal is to help members resolve delinquency early through effective communication, financial counseling, and available payment solutions. Success in this role is driven by quality interactions and account resolution, not just call volume.

Training
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Mountain Time
- Required onsite for the entire first week of training
- Regular shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time
- 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM MT or
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM MT (based on daylight savings time)
- Primarily remote work
- Onsite up to one week per quarter
- Overtime available as needed based on business demand

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound collection calls and handle inbound calls using an auto‑dialer system
- Work early‑stage delinquency accounts (1–30 days past due)
- Help members cure delinquency using available payment options and loss mitigation tools
- Provide financial counseling and offer solutions such as repayment plans, promises‑to‑pay, loan modifications, refinances, and deferral programs
- Gather and review financial information to determine the best resolution
- Document all member interactions, repayment agreements, and delinquency reasons accurately
- Communicate professionally and empathetically while overcoming objections
Work Environment
- High‑volume, production‑driven call center
- Strong focus on quality conversations, compliance, and member experience
- Fast‑paced environment with clear performance expectations and support
