Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and applications
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Call center or contact center experience
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, or similar industries
- CRM experience, including Salesforce or comparable systems
- Experience handling high call volumes
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Delivering exceptional service on every interaction
- Remaining calm and professional during challenging conversations
- Building rapport quickly with customers
- Learning new systems and processes efficiently
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Maintaining accuracy while balancing multiple responsibilities

Schedule
- 100% Onsite in Pittston, PA
- Monday through Friday
- 8.5-hour shifts
- Start times available between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
