About the Role We are seeking a *Bilingual Client Services Coordinator (English/Spanish)* to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for plan sponsors, advisors, and other stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and collaborating across departments to ensure a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming client calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
* Support a book of business consisting of advisors and plan sponsors, assisting with servicing and administrative needs.
* Manage client expectations regarding processes, timelines, and service standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and satisfaction issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system-related tickets at the point of first contact whenever possible.
* Create and manage service tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
* Participate in client conference calls, providing plan updates and status reports.
* Document all client interactions and account updates within internal systems.
* Assist with complaint resolution, escalating complex issues to management, Legal, or Compliance as needed.
* Share client feedback and insights to support product and process improvements.
Qualifications
* Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
* Strong customer service and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
* Call center experience preferred.
* Financial services experience preferred.
