What Your Day May Look Like
- Taking inbound calls from financial advisors throughout the day.
- Researching and resolving complex service issues.
- Navigating multiple systems and resources simultaneously.
- Learning and applying new financial services concepts, policies, and procedures.
- Balancing quality service with productivity expectations.
- Collaborating with internal business partners to find solutions.
- Building trust and credibility with advisors through every interaction.
- Experience handling high volume calls
- Excited to build career in financial industry
- Team oriented, excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to provide white glove customer service.
- 5 days on-site for the first 4-6 weeks of training (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM).
- Post-training schedules and on-site requirements will be determined by the manager.
- 8 hours per day – Monday-Friday
- Candidates should be available between 5:00 AM to 5:00 PMAX
- Shift assignments will be determined after training based on business and team needs.
