Pay And Benefits

- Assist with debit and credit card-related questions.
- Utilise multiple customer databases and computer systems to research and document interactions.
- Work towards resolving customer inquiries during the first call whenever possible.
- Follow established call procedures, policies, scripts, and confidentiality requirements.
- Handle difficult or frustrated customers professionally and tactfully.
- Complete outbound customer calls as assigned and document results.
- Meet productivity, service, call quality, attendance, and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Call center or banking experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Comfortable learning new technology and online platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to remain professional and composed when handling challenging customer situations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and ability to adhere to assigned schedules.

This position requires flexibility within a rotating call center schedule.
- Start times may range from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
- Shifts may include early, mid, and later schedules.
- Some shifts may run until approximately 8:00 PM.
- Saturday availability is required on a rotating basis.
- Some weeks may include a half-day shift.
- Schedules may rotate based on business and call-volume needs.
