- Complete all required training
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls using company-provided equipment and systems
- Follow approved scripts and procedures when assisting callers
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service
- Support Medicaid Eligibility Operations and related program activities
- Perform assigned administrative and operational support tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry
- Ability to follow established processes, scripts, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience supporting healthcare, benefits, or customer support programs is a plus
- First week of training is onsite in Kapolei, Hawaii
- Fully remote following successful completion of training
- Company-provided equipment and systems
- Standard business hours with a professional remote work setting
