We are actively hiring Entry-Level Low Voltage Cable Technicians to join a growing team supporting large-scale data center and commercial telecom projects . This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience working with Cat5/Cat6 cabling, fiber, and structured cabling installations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, pull, route, and secure low-voltage cabling (Cat5, Cat6, fiber)
- Perform cable terminations, labeling, and testing
- Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams
- Assist with building and organizing MDF/IDF closets
- Dress and manage cables to maintain clean and professional installations
- Use basic telecom tools (crimpers, punch-down tools, testers, etc.)
- Support service calls and small project work when needed
- Follow all job site safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

- Variable schedule:
- ~40 hours one week
- 50 hours the next (overtime opportunities available)
- Physically active role (standing, lifting, climbing ladders, etc.)
- Quick initial phone screen
- Start dates every Wednesday
- Virtual orientation held Thursday & Friday
- Report to job site the following Monday
- Drug screening required prior to start
