With this new office, they will be adding value to local and national integrators throughout the Middle Tennessee market. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
- Independently pulling, routing, and distributing low-voltage copper cabling ((CAT5e), (CAT6), (CAT6A)) through J-hooks, conduits, and drop ceilings.
- You will cleanly bundle, dress, and systematically label your runs while performing precise, high-volume data terminations into RJ45 connectors, keystone jacks, and server-room patch panels using T568A/B standards.

- Site Awareness & Safety: Full comfort working on active construction sites, operating basic power tools, climbing ladders, working on lifts, and strict adherence to PPE and job site safety (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Precision Data Termination: Confidently terminate and punch down copper cabling into RJ45 connectors, keystone jacks, and patch panels in server rooms (MDF/IDF), cleanly and efficiently.
- Dress & Label Infrastructure: Cleanly bundle and dress cable runs with Velcro, and systematically label both ends of each cable run per project blueprints and TIA/EIA standards.
