Business Analyst

We are seeking an Expert Business Analyst for a 12-month engagement with a hybrid schedule (up to 50% onsite per month). This role focuses on supporting the design and development of complex IT systems that align with enrollment goals and regulatory requirements. The analyst must meet the below required experience. You will work closely with program staff, vendors, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading requirements-gathering sessions, analyzing business processes, preparing functional documentation, reviewing technical specifications, and supporting testing activities.

Mandatory Required Experience:

• 7 years providing written communications to business owners, IT program teams, and management
• 7 years working with Health Insurance, Affordable Care Act, or Medicaid (Eligibility and Enrollment)
• 7 years experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager, IBM Cognos reporting, or HIPAA-compliant X12 EDI transactions
• 5 years reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives
• 7 years supporting complex IT software systems or applications
• 7 years analyzing complex business processes and creating/reviewing test plans
• 7 years documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the development lifecycle
• 4 years developing test scenarios and cases, performing testing, and documenting defects using a defect management tool
  
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
