Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Partner with business, operations, technology, product, risk, and compliance stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to identify business needs, dependencies, and impacts.
- Create and maintain business process documentation, workflows, use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Analyze current and future-state processes and recommend improvements.
- Identify business risks, process gaps, and operational impacts associated with acquisition and conversion activities.
- Support system integration, data mapping, product mapping, and conversion readiness initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across business and technology workstreams.
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues impacting project delivery.
- Assist with planning and execution of major conversion milestones.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect management.
- Coordinate test scenarios, business validation activities, and testing sign-offs.
- Monitor testing progress and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with operational readiness assessments and conversion readiness documentation.
- Support training, communication, and change management initiatives.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action items, and status reporting.
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and follow-up actions.
- Track project milestones, timelines, resource needs, and dependencies.
- Support governance and reporting processes for senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, enterprise transformation programs, mergers, acquisitions, or conversion projects.
- Strong background in:

- Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting UAT planning and execution.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project.
- Banking, financial services, or fintech experience.
- Experience supporting retail banking products, digital banking initiatives, or core banking conversions.
- Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of change management and operational readiness practices.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve business analysis, reporting, documentation, or project management processes.
