Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business users to understand objectives and define business requirements.
- Document business processes, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of risk, reporting, and trading-related applications.
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.
- Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to support business and technical needs.
- Coordinate testing efforts and support change management activities.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AWS-based solutions.
- Early to mid-level experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting, risk management, or financial systems.
- Experience with risk management systems, OTC derivatives, trading platforms, or financial markets.
