Key Responsibilities
- Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests promptly within a structured environment
- Perform teller-line transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and credit-related transactions
- Handle functions across savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and fraud-related concerns
- Verify member identity and review accounts for alerts, discrepancies, or irregular activity
- Identify and respond to potential fraud or suspicious activity patterns
- Utilize multiple systems efficiently to ensure accurate transaction processing and service delivery
- Recommend additional products and services based on member needs
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support positive member interactions and overall branch operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
