Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer and branch support calls in a high-volume environment
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues efficiently
- Manage and de-escalate complex or escalated calls
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Accurately document all customer interactions and follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
- 3 years of experience in a call center or bank branch environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience handling escalation calls
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Basic technical/system knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with retention calls
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Work in a small, team-oriented environment with low turnover
