What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Call Support Consultant position at TEKsystems?

Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is currently seeking an experienced, supportive, organized Branch Call Support Consultant to join their Service Delivery Division. In this role, you’ll be responsible to support Branches, Call Center, and other departments in assisting customers with the resolution of operational inquires and concerns.

3 years of progressively responsible experience in call center or bank branch environment

Familiarity with technology systems

Work Experience In a Customer Service-oriented Field Preferred

Good written and verbal communication

Able to handle confidential matters judiciously

Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through

Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines

Good time management skills

Flexible and adaptable to work various hours, days, weekends and holidays

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Muti-tasking and ability to handle escalation calls is needed

Ideal candidate would have experience with handling escalated calls in high volume environment and ability to think on their feet and multi-task

Compliance Requirements

Drug Test and Background check required credit check

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
