Bilingual Front Desk Associate

Description

• Perform daily billing tasks and enter patient and insurance information accurately into company systems.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims after each patient visit, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Generate patient invoices, including clear itemized charges for services and supplies.
• Review claims for accuracy and compliance with payer requirements before submission.
• Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and missing information to support timely reimbursement.
• Maintain organized billing records and support the revenue cycle team as needed.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve billing questions or discrepancies.
