Responsibilities
- On the phone 90% of your shift scheduling
- Communication Skills is a high priority (speaking with various customers)
- Strong Emphasis on Customer Service, Employee production and accuracy
- 6 months prior customer service and call center experience in a professional environment - any office location, no preference on industry
- 6 month prior experience meeting set performance standards including production and quality.
- 2 years Patient Access Representative or Healthcare Experience
- 50 WPM typing (a typing test will be given)
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
- Must have ability to connect to internet via ethernet cable
- They prefer candidates in the following states: Iowa, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Texas (but not limit to these states)
