What You'll Do
- Provide top-notch customer service to walk-in customers, over the phone, and via email/fax.
- Handle data entry for tile orders using our internal system and Excel.
- Collaborate closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel.
- Serve as a direct contact for customers, offering sales support and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Deliver the best possible product delivery and after-sales service.
- Customer Service Experience: Face-to-face customer service experience, whether in retail or admin roles.
- Bilingual Skills: Spanish speaking required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Computer Skills: Basic Excel skills and experience entering data into existing spreadsheets.
- Preferred Experience: Prior work experience with tile or construction materials is a plus, but not required.
