Key Responsibilities
- Perform battery swaps and equipment handling at customer locations
- Remove and install battery units safely and according to procedures
- Complete basic inspections and document work performed
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies
- Maintain accurate service and activity reports
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Reliable personal vehicle required for daily site‑to‑site travel
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to read instructions and complete documentation in English
- Comfortable working independently
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with batteries, electrical systems, or technical field work
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Warehouse, technician, or light industrial experience
- 🚗 Local travel only (no weekly or overnight travel)
- ✅ Personal vehicle required
- 💵 Mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding 40 miles
- Straightforward, hands‑on field work
