Schedule Availability
- Must be available Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:45PM and on Saturday's between 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service in a branch environment
- Handle cash accurately and balance transactions
- Educate members on available financial products and services
- Support account maintenance and general banking operations
- Assist with credit card, loan, and account applications
- Build relationships with members and identify solutions to meet their financial needs
- Customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Retail, hospitality, banking, restaurant, receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Reliable and professional demeanor
