Location: Lahaina, HI (Maui) and various locations in Kauai

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Rotational Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary)
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions.
- Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals to enhance their financial well-being.
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
- Education: Associate’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience; OR
- High school diploma/equivalent plus 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment.
- Experience: 2 years of cash handling experience required.
- 2 years of customer service, referrals, and sales experience required.
- Retail/branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar financial services experience preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge of banking/financial products and ability to grasp finance and credit concepts preferred.
- Welcoming presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Digitally savvy and confident using digital banking technology.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Agile, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and quick learner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
