Banking Consultant – Maui & Kauai Branches

Location: Lahaina, HI (Maui) and various locations in Kauai

We currently have an exciting Banking Consultant opportunity that offers robust career growth and professional development. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services. You’ll have the chance to serve a diverse clientele—from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Rotational Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary)
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions.
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals to enhance their financial well-being.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience; OR
• High school diploma/equivalent plus 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment.
• Experience: 2 years of cash handling experience required.
• 2 years of customer service, referrals, and sales experience required.
• Retail/branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar financial services experience preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge of banking/financial products and ability to grasp finance and credit concepts preferred.
• Welcoming presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Digitally savvy and confident using digital banking technology.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Agile, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and quick learner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Kahului, HI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
