Duties

As the face of this client in their Lahaina Branch, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.
Top Skills Details
Associate’s degree in a business-related field, equivalent work experience; or
High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment required.
2 Years Of Experience In Cash Handling Required.
2 years of experience in customer service, referrals and sales required.
Retail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry preferred.
Extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services, and ability to comprehend and grasp finance and credit concepts preferred.
Must project a welcoming presence when interacting with customers.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be digitally savvy, confident and well-versed on the use of digital banking technology to fulfill routine day-to-day needs.
Detail oriented with excellent follow-through.
Agile and resourceful as it relates to working in a fast-paced changing environment.
Upbeat and positive, growth mindset, and quick learner.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously.

Banking experience preferred but not required
Work Environment
On site on both Maui and Kauai
Small family oriented; Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday's 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
