- Provide friendly and professional service to members and prospective members.
- Assist with checking, savings, certificates, IRAs, trust and estate accounts, lending products, and credit/debit card services.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer questions and help identify appropriate financial products and services.
- Perform data entry, account maintenance, and general administrative tasks.
- Build positive customer relationships through proactive and personalised service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a positive branch experience.
- Remain professional and solution-oriented when handling challenging situations or customer concerns.
- 2 years of customer service and cash-handling experience preferred.
- Previous banking, financial services, retail, or similar customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending available products or services.
- Confident, positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data-entry systems is preferred.
- Consistent work history preferred.
