AR Follow‑Up Representative

- Work AR accounts using EPIC work queues and Aged Trial Balance (ATB) reports
- Prioritize and resolve high‑dollar and aged claims
- Investigate payments, denials, and underpayments
- Manage denial follow‑up and root‑cause analysis
- Communicate with insurance payers and patients to resolve claim issues
- Request and upload medical records as needed
- Identify trends in denials to improve claim resolution
- Meet productivity goals (approximately 50 accounts/day, depending on claim complexity)
- Utilize EPIC, payer portals, OnBase, and Excel
- ✔️ 2 years of AR follow‑up and hospital billing experience
- ✔️ Experience with hospital denial management
- ✔️ High school diploma or GED required
- ✔️ EMR/EPIC experience preferred
