Job Description
As an Account Representative, you will communicate with customers to schedule in‑home product demonstrations and support direct‑to‑consumer sales. - Coordinate with multiple departments to schedule product demonstrations and installation appointments nationwide
- Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
- Participate in regular training and development sessions
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to convert them into scheduled appointments
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow‑up
- Manage prospects at every stage of the appointment‑setting cycle
- Apply a strong sales mentality to confidently overcome objections
Weekly Structure
- Work Monday–Friday with one weekday off
- Must work either Saturday or Sunday
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

- Minimum 1 year Collections/sales experience preferred (financial services, call center, retail, etc.)
- Proficiency with Windows based applications

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to empathize with customers
