Account Services Coordinator

Now Hiring for an Account Services Coordinator with a large and growing financial services company!! This will be a hybrid schedule after 3-4 weeks of training!!

Description

This team works with their off shore vendor to help support client and customer needs. Customers have a current Annuity policy inforce and they want to do something with it. Money out, withdrawal on the contract. Tax procedures. Setting up income streams. This team is responsible for working reports, to maintain our controls. Understanding why the reports generated – look for a system gap. This team (on shore) handles all the complex tasks. Primary job is to answer questions about a task to process. This team is considered Subject Matter Experts! A lot of answering vendor partner questions. Working the Complex Tasks that come through. Working controls reports. Escalations from the contact center and supporting key business partners that work with our top producing FMOs. Responsiveness is important.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree completed

AND/OR

2 years of financial, banking or insurance experience

Shift

Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm

4 weeks of 100% onsite training and then allowed to work from home 2 days a week after training

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
