Account Payable Specialist

Description

• Invoice processing: Verifying, coding, and entering vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Payment processing: Preparing and executing payments via check or electronic transfer (ACH, wire) and managing payment schedules.
• Account reconciliation: Reconciling vendor statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Record keeping: Maintaining meticulous records of all payables and ensuring they are correctly entered into the general ledger and balance sheet.
• Vendor relations: Communicating with vendors to address payment inquiries, resolve issues, and negotiate terms.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
