Business Development Manager (Hybrid – Raleigh Market)
Location: Raleigh area
Travel: 25% Local client visits as needed
What You’ll Do
Build and grow relationships with commercial real estate clients
Conduct on‑site visits with property managers and building teams
Manage a consultative B2B sales cycle from prospecting to close
Represent the company at CRE networking events and industry groups
Maintain a strong pipeline and document activity in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
