The Warranty Services Representative provides advanced support to customers via phone and electronic communication, handling all aspects of warranty service requests. This includes dispatch coordination, warranty validation, registration, vendor authorization, service provider recruitment, and other customer-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide verbal and written support to customers regarding product services and general inquiries, particularly for complex multi-family and large-scale commercial projects.
  • Explain and interpret warranty terms, coverage, and related information.
  • Coordinate the return, repair, or replacement of malfunctioning or defective items.
  • Utilize internal systems to track requests, troubleshoot issues, assess inventory, document resolutions, and determine warranty eligibility.
  • Coordinate dispatch of third-party contractors and service providers.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely and complete resolution of customer concerns.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrix team environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret technical instructions, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Capable of managing multiple products and prioritizing competing tasks.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
