Key Responsibilities
- Provide verbal and written support to customers regarding product services and general inquiries, particularly for complex multi-family and large-scale commercial projects.
- Explain and interpret warranty terms, coverage, and related information.
- Coordinate the return, repair, or replacement of malfunctioning or defective items.
- Utilize internal systems to track requests, troubleshoot issues, assess inventory, document resolutions, and determine warranty eligibility.
- Coordinate dispatch of third-party contractors and service providers.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely and complete resolution of customer concerns.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Capable of managing multiple products and prioritizing competing tasks.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
