Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their IT team. This role plays a critical part in supporting a production hybrid-cloud environment within a small, collaborative IT team.
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for system administration, patching, security monitoring, and Tier 2-2.5 support, with significant hands-on work in Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, and hybrid infrastructure). The role also involves PowerShell scripting, infrastructure troubleshooting, and maintaining security controls aligned with SOC 2 and NIST standards.
The ideal candidate brings 3 years of systems administration experience, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to grow technically while taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. This position is hybrid, based in Oshkosh, WI, and includes a manageable on-call rotation.
