Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP EWM implementation.
- Perform hands-on configuration of SAP EWM modules based on client needs.
- Customize SAP EWM for transportation zones, carrier profiles, rates, and optimization rules.
- Develop test scenarios and conduct functional testing to ensure proper functionality.
- Identify and resolve issues during testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Create user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and functional consultants for seamless integration with ECC or S/4HANA.
- Provide timely support and resolution for SAP EWM-related issues.
- Participate in end-to-end testing and go-live activities.
- Document business requirements, specifications, and test scripts throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or related field.
- 7-10 years of SAP EWM functional experience with hands-on configuration (Sr Level).
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP Activate or ASAP methodology.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and transportation management concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
