Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consult with internal and external clients and vendors to identify project needs, gaps, and timelines.
- Arrange stakeholder meetings, events, and engagement activities.
- Execute assigned tasks and ensure team accountability to support overall project plans.
- Prepare project deliverables using a variety of software, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet, to create PowerPoints, videos, and reports.
- Support SIT, UAT, E2E and PAR testing for assigned workstreams.
- Contribute to Deployment and Operational Readiness activities.
Skills:
- MINIMUM 3 years of corporate experience with:
- Varicent, Workday and ThoughtSpot
- Accounting Experience/understanding of financials, payables, and expenses
- Compensation Operations (preferred)
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes
- Experience drafting business requirement documents and leading requirement gathering.
