Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT and OT programs for a greenfield manufacturing facility
- Build and manage integrated project plans aligned to construction and operational readiness timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, OT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and vendors
- Manage dependencies and ensure seamless integration across enterprise, cloud, and plant-floor systems
- Align Agile and traditional delivery models across multiple workstreams
- Establish governance, including risk management, issue tracking, and change control
- Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and milestones
- Drive accountability, execution, and stakeholder alignment

- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-ambiguity environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution and accountability
