Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.

- TEKsystems is looking for a Project manager to support our client in the Nashville, TN market in their Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) department during a period of sustained project volume and complexity.
- The PDC team oversees approximately 100 active construction and renovation projects at any given time, spanning new medical facilities, major renovations, and technically complex work within active hospital environments.
- This role will function as an owner-side project manager, representing VUMC in the oversight and governance of assigned projects.
- The Senior PM will work closely with general contractors, architects, engineers, and internal hospital stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- The engagement is expected to last approximately 12 months, with the potential to extend up to 18 months, and is designed to immediately add Senior-level expertise to an already lean, highly experienced team.
- Healthcare Construction Oversight: Manage complex healthcare construction in active hospital environments, ensuring compliance with infection control, life safety, and operational constraints.
- Project Governance & Coordination: Oversee GCs, architects, and engineers with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and risk-without direct construction execution.
- PM Team Support: Independently lead smaller projects or support existing PMs with execution, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between construction teams and internal hospital stakeholders to align clinical, operational, and project needs.
- Risk Identification: Proactively identify and escalate schedule, scope, or compliance risks to prevent downstream impacts.

- Review drawings and documentation to identify risks or gaps
