Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain order, purchasing, and vendor information in company systems
- Review and update order records to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Perform basic data analysis related to purchasing activity, open orders, and order status
- Expedite orders by communicating with vendors regarding delivery schedules and updates
- Follow up on order delays, product availability, and other vendor-related issues
- Update and replace MRO items within internal systems as needed
- Support EPO-related data entry and system maintenance
- Provide customer service and support to internal stakeholders
- Maintain professional communication with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Assist with additional administrative and purchasing-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, purchasing support, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using ERP systems is required
- Ability to review data and identify discrepancies or missing information
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable interacting with vendors and internal teams
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with MRO, EPO, or purchasing systems is a plus
