- Wednesday - Sunday
- 12:00 AM - 7:30 AM
- 100% On-Site in Harrisburg, PA
What You'll Do:
- Monitor network alerts and system status.
- Answer inbound calls and support users experiencing technical issues.
- Create and manage incident tickets using ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and document issues, escalating as needed.
- Communicate network outages and service updates.
- Work closely with engineers, vendors, and IT teams to restore service.
What We're Looking For:
- Emerging IT professional with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or a related field OR 1-3 years of IT, Help Desk, Technical Support, Customer Service, or Call Center experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Interest in networking, IT operations, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a technology organization.
