Responsibilites:
- Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Outlook and Exchange environments
- Troubleshoot email delivery, client connectivity, and mailbox issues
- Support collaboration tools including SharePoint, WebEx, and Skype/Teams
- Manage and resolve incidents using Remedy ticketing system
- Integrate email systems with mobile devices and unified communication platforms
Use Splunk to:
- Build and maintain dashboards
- Write and optimize SPL queries
- Analyze logs and system data to identify issues and trends
- Support operational monitoring and troubleshooting
