About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and peripheral support for end users, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft O365 environments.
- Perform hardware/software break-fix and troubleshooting.
- Assist with maintenance of additional IT equipment as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in desktop support or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and O365 troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be willing to submit a background check and drug screening.
