IT Assistant

TEKsystems currently has an IT Assistant opportunity available with a client in Eden Prairie, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get a variety of experience within a smaller environment. Looking for someone with about 2 years of relevant experience and/or 1 years of exp with BA or AA degree. This client would love to see individuals that are looking to grow and stay with the origination long term.
Description

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as computers, printers, barcode scanners, and other manufacturing related equipment
• Assist with installation and maintenance of manufacturing ERP system
• Troubleshoot issues, outages, and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Accurately document and update user guides, processes, and procedures
• Oversee IT onboarding and set up for new employees
• Track and maintain IT hardware and software inventory, device lifecycles, upgrades, and replacements
• Assist in secure offboarding of employees including equipment and deactivation of accounts, logins, and access
• Create, maintain, and generate reports to provide to upper management

• 1 years of IT helpdesk, systems administrator, or IT assistant experience
• Familiarly of Microsoft System Management Server (MSMS)

• AA or BA degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working with an ERP system and/or assisting with an ERP implementation
• McCulla mindset
• Salesforce

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $35.00/hr.
