What You'll Be Doing
Project & Technical Work
- Perform remote software upgrades on POS handheld devices
- Migrate devices from a legacy MDM platform to a modern solution
- Follow daily store migration schedules and meet project-based targets
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress tracking
- Identify and escalate technical or process issues to the project lead
Communication & Collaboration
- Participate in daily team touchpoints and status meetings
- Provide progress updates to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
What You Bring

- At least 1 year of experience working with Android OS, preferably in a retail or device-driven setting
