Overview
We are seeking a Golang Software Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team focused on building modern backend services. This role will work closely with senior engineers to develop scalable, cloud-native applications leveraging microservices architecture and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain backend services using Golang
- Develop and scale applications within a microservices architecture
- Build and integrate APIs and event-driven systems
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Product, and Business Analysts
- Participate in troubleshooting, production support, and issue resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and system architecture
- Support and enhance platform services and shared infrastructure components
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of overall software development experience
- 1 year of hands-on experience with Golang (Go) in backend development
- Experience building and maintaining microservices-based systems
- Strong knowledge of:
- APIs
- Distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience working with:
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Monitoring and observability tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ownership mindset across full development lifecycle
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- DevOps experience
- Familiarity with AWS
- Experience with C#
- Knowledge of Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
- Experience with:
- AI / Machine Learning
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Cloud Spanner, MongoDB Atlas
- Event-based or distributed systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)
