Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

What You'll Do
- Pull, route, and organize cabling throughout the data center
- Assemble, stack, and secure equipment racks
- Label, scan, and connect equipment accurately
- Enter details using a computer system
- Assist technicians with general installation and setup tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfort working in physically demanding environments
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience in construction, trades, military, or hands-on electrical work
- Exposure to telecom, structured cabling, or low-voltage installations

Work Environment & Schedule
- Work is performed in data centers
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (min 40hr work week)
- Additional OT may be required or optional
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Safety & Training Requirements
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Composite-toe safety shoes
- Type 2, Class E hardhat with chinstrap
- High-visibility vest
- Safety glasses
- Level 3 cut-resistant gloves
Required Training (must be completed prior to or upon site access):
- OSHA 10
- Site-specific safety training
