Job Title: Documentation Administrator - Electrical & IT Projects

A leading construction and electrical contracting firm is expanding its Documentation Admin team to support blueprint updates and publishing for ongoing Electrical and IT infrastructure projects.

Top Required Skills

1. Microsoft Office Proficiency

• Strong command of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Efficient use of Excel for data entry and documentation tracking

1. Documentation & Data Entry

• High attention to detail in managing project documents
• Experience in organizing, updating, and publishing technical files

1. Communication Skills

• Clear and professional communication with Project Managers, Foremen, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to follow up and relay information effectively

1. Industry Interest

• Genuine interest in construction, electrical contracting, or IT infrastructure environments

Preferred/Bonus Skills

• Experience with:
  • AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or other editing/design software
  • ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
  • PlanGrid
• Background in the IT or Electrical field

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pearl River, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.00/hr.
