This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, LA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
- Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Leaders to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and impacts
- Analyze critical path activities and recommend recovery plans when needed
- Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates and progress reports
- Track resource loading and workload distribution
- Create project timelines from project initiation through completion
- Support forecasting, planning, and earned value reporting
- Communicate schedule changes and recommendations to project stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Primavera P6
- Experience scheduling construction or data center projects
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Experience building and maintaining project schedules from the ground up
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
