- Configure and maintain claims processing systems (EZ-Cap preferred)
- Ensure accuracy of benefit setup, eligibility, assignments, and claims adjudication
- Perform fee schedule management and contract interpretation
- Conduct data integrity audits and payment accuracy analysis
- Run SQL/Access queries and analyze large datasets
- Improve system automation and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams on implementations and system impacts
- Interpret managed care contracts, including DOFR
