TEKsystems is partnering with a rapidly growing local client to identify an experienced AV Technician who is passionate about creating seamless, modern workplace technology experiences. In this position, you'll act as a subject matter expert for audiovisual and collaboration technologies-owning the full lifecycle of conference room solutions, from design and deployment to support and standardization. You'll play a key role in enhancing how teams connect, communicate, and collaborate in both in-person and hybrid settings.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the design, deployment, and support of conference room AV systems across multiple locations
- Drive consistency and standardization of collaboration technologies in a growing environment
- Troubleshoot end-to-end AV and conferencing issues to ensure a seamless user experience
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workplace technology and meeting effectiveness
What You Bring:
- 3-7 years of experience in AV, audiovisual, or collaboration technologies
- Hands-on experience with conference room AV systems and workplace tech deployments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and Poly (Polycom) solutions
- Experience supporting platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
- Solid understanding of AV hardware, integrations, and room configurations
- Experience working in enterprise or multi-site environments
- Familiarity with AV lifecycle management and standardization efforts
- Basic networking knowledge related to AV systems
