Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking an Application Security Architect to join their team!
The Senior Application Security Architect is responsible for assisting the Cybersecurity Architecture manager in developing and managing the Bank's Application Security program. Additionally, he/she will assist in ensuring secure-by-design application development across a hybrid on-prem and cloud environment while meeting strict regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational requirements. Also, this position requires practical experience developing, performing and reviewing information security, regulatory, and compliance reviews. He/she must also be able to develop options, recommendations, and provide concise, insightful reports to management. Lastly, he/she must be familiar with regulations and cybersecurity frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI-DSS, FFIEC, etc).

10 years of experience in information technology working in a Senior lead or management capacity for a Information Technology or Cybersecurity team.
Strong technical understanding of current cyber security threats, trends, and mitigations such as malware variants and mitigation techniques.
Demonstrated understanding and experience implementing or managing cyber security frameworks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Able to work independently or with a team, prioritize tasks, effectively management time to ensure customer SLA's and expectations are met
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills including the ability to translate technical terms and concepts to non-technical audiences

Able to plan, organize and budget independently
Available to work afterhours (nights/weekends/holidays) as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
