Required Skills & Qualifications
- SAFe Agile Certification: Trained and certified in SAFe Agile or equivalent Agile frameworks.
- Salesforce Product Experience: 8 years of experience in product definition, feature and EPIC/user story creation within Salesforce environments.
- Agile Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Agile Craft, Kanban boards, and the broader Agile development methodology.
- Technical & Business Documentation: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
- Telecommunications Knowledge: Familiarity with Telco products and services is a strong plus.
